Vitmin™ GDPR Statement

1. Personal Data
a. When you register or place an order on our website or per telephone or email, you agree that we collect some personal data from you in order to enable us to conduct business with you.
b. This data is securely stored on our servers and is strictly used for the purpose of contacting you and to send our products to you.
c. We never pass your personal data on to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so. (We do tell the shipping company your address details for the purpose of shipping the products to you).
d. If you no longer wish to conduct business with us, you may request your data to be deleted from our servers. You can do so by logging into your account and select 'Cancel my account' from the menu. Please note that for the purpose of accounting, your previous business activities with us will not be deleted.

2. Website
a. When you visit our website, we record certain data for the purpose of ensuring a trouble-free experience. These include the IP-address and the browser used during the visit. These files ('web-logs') are kept with our service provider and are never passed on to a third party unless there is a legal requirement to do so.
b. Our website uses cookies. These are required for the functionality of our website. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this will result in a reduced user experience of our website.
c. Our website uses Google Analytics to better understand how our visitors use our website and to improve the user experience. For extra privacy we request Google to anonymise your IP address. Again, the data collected from Google Analytics is strictly used for internal purposes and never shared with third parties. To prevent Google Analytics collecting information during your visits you may optionally install an opt-out browser add-on provided by Google here
